Résumé and Career Coaching

Candidates enjoy the one-on-one review of your résumé, career planning, networking strategies, interview coaching and once placed, tips on how to be successful in your new placement.
This service includes assisting candidates with job search, résumé improvements and networking techniques.

We also work with you to establish your availability, contract rate or base salary expectation in order to match job opportunities with your career objectives.

Triple screening

We screen candidates initially by carefully reviewing résumés in order to better understand the technical skills, accomplishments, personality and career objectives.

A second screening is conducted over the telephone to confirm a potential fit for an opening. We then meet the candidate face-to-face, spending 1 to 1.5 hours to determine suitability.

Interview Preparation

We coach candidates prior to all interviews so you are well prepared, and there are no “surprises”.

Job Offer Consultation

Once the offer is presented, we work closely with the candidate to ensure it is a win-win for you and your new employer.

We perform reference, criminal and credit checks. All candidate information is held in utmost confidence and respect.
