DESCRIPTION:

 

Be a member of the UX User Experience Research Team. This team provides consultative services to various teams within the company by providing the customer’s point-of-view through surveys, focus groups, usability testing, client interviews, card sorting tasks, eye-tracking heat maps, and more.

 

The candidate will be testing new financial product concepts and in-flight design alternatives, performing competitive analysis of existing products, conducting primary research (directly engaging clients/customers) such as running and facilitating usability testing, card sorting, deploying surveys, analyzing qualitative feedback, then summarizing the results of their research and presenting to senior stakeholders, making recommendations based on the data.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years of experience with UX design and research

- 3+ years of experience conducting customer research in relation to electronic/digital products

- Educational background in Research or related fields such as Human Factors, User Experience Design, Service Design, Strategic Foresight, etc.

- Participation in usability research conferences and workshops and related activities outside of the workplace

- Any UX certifications from the following: HFI (Human Factors International), Akendi, or Nielsen Norman

- Applying lean UX research methods in agile environment
