DESCRIPTION:

- Assist Personal Insurance VP in day-to-day coordination of personal insurance operational activities for all branches

- Monitor, audit and review operations and work with branch managers to improve process and workflows in order meet customer expectations

- Coordinate and manage special projects and tasks as assigned by VP

- Assist to ensure company standards and procedures are followed by all branch offices

- Provide suggestions, make recommendations and assist with strategic plan for improvements and increased efficiencies

- Liaison with corporate IT to ensure systems are fully utilized and any new or improved systems and options are investigated 

- Provide direction, guidance and support to internal teams at all branch offices

- Help to identify problems in branch operations processes, and assist to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner

- Follow and maintain standard operating procedures for efficient operations at all branches

- Help to plan productivity improvement projects and gather information/data to assist with implementation

- Coordinate and maintain  accurate documentation/procedures for reference purposes, for all branch offices

 

Qualifications:

- 5+ years Personal Lines Management experience

- RIBO Licence required

- PMP an asset

- Other industry designations such as CAIB, CIP, etc., would be considered an asset

 - Must be a leader and team player with a strong work ethic

- Have a keen eye for detail, with excellent organizational skills

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- Be proficient in The Agency Manager (TAM) and MS Office products, conducting standard and complex reports for review and analysis

- Comprehensive Personal Lines product knowledge is necessary
