DESCRIPTION:

Seeking a Bilingual IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team. The Bilingual Technical Support Specialist is a front-line opportunity for individuals who are self-starters, passionate about solving problems, and eager to complete tasks that meet customer needs. Work directly with the Customer Support team leaders to execute team and company goals in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– First level bilingual support for automotive cloud-based application via phone and email

– Excellent organizational, customer service and problem-solving skills

– Ensure all support requests are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner

– Troubleshooting, maintenance, account, and application support

Training users on company software and systems

– Pre-sales and onboarding support

– Peripheral testing and support

– User/Account management

– Assisting in creating documentation, instructions, procedures, and processes.

– Escalate any issue unknown or unresolved to senior personnel and/or other departments tasked with issue resolution

– Log every contact with our customers in the Freshdesk ticketing system

– Provide communication to senior management and product development regarding needs for additions or enhancements to product and/or services offerings

– Maintain an active, organized, and healthy workspace

– Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

– 2 years of IT help desk supporting end users on Windows desktops, MAC, iOS, Android, mobile, tablets, iPhones

– Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Diploma

– Fluently bilingual in written and spoken French and English

– Ability to work Monday to Friday on-site in Mississauga 10AM to 7PM

– Input and update all tickets into Freshdesk

– Support end-users via email and phone support

– Remote control end-users’ desktops as required
