About the Role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will provide end‑to‑end leadership for IT onboarding initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple internal teams. You’ll play a key role in supporting the company’s workplace strategy, including Return‑to‑Office programs.
This role requires strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT onboarding projects from initiation through delivery
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of IT onboarding processes
- Coordinate and oversee cross‑functional workstreams including:
- Facilities
- Asset Management
- IT / Technical Support
- Human Resources
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Support Return‑to‑Office initiatives and related operational activities
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of project management experience
- PMP certification – as asset
- Proven experience with IT onboarding processes
- Previous Return‑to‑Office (RTO) project experience strongly preferred
- Hands‑on experience with:
- ServiceNow
- Asset Management systems
- Jira
- Agile
- Strong ability to lead through influence and collaboration
