Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to support an engagement focused on Salesforce integration business solutions. This role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, support solution design, and help deliver effective integrations across Salesforce and related platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong experience as a technical business analyst, Salesforce Sales Cloud, SQL queries, SOQL, API and integration initiatives, and a collaborative approach to delivering business value.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on Salesforce integrations, API requirements, data flows, and solution design.
  • Use SQL queries and SOQL to support data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting activities.
  • Support implementation activities, including testing, issue resolution, user acceptance testing, and deployment readiness.
  • Partner with project teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Facilitate communication between business users, delivery teams, and other project stakeholders.
  • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and change management activities as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with
  • 2+ years working with Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce integration initiatives and working with
  • Experience writing and using SQL queries and SOQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong ability to gather requirements, map business processes, and translate needs into functional specifications.
  • Experience working in cross-functional project environments with both business and technical teams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Salesforce certification – an asset.
  • Business Analyst certification – an asset.
  • Experience in the health domain – an asset.
