DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Migration Communications Specialist to support a large scale cloud transformation program within a Capital Markets technology environment. This role will play a critical part in coordinating product operations activities, maintaining delivery visibility, supporting stakeholder communications, and ensuring cloud migration initiatives remain on track toward key program milestones.
The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, Developers, Architects, Data Teams, and Business Stakeholders to coordinate activities, manage dependencies, maintain reporting, and provide operational support across multiple technology teams.

You will help teams stay aligned, ensure stakeholders remain informed, and contribute to the successful delivery of critical technology initiatives.
This role offers exposure to senior leadership, enterprise technology transformation efforts, and a highly visible cloud migration program supporting a planned data center exit initiative.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate Product Operations Activities – Support day to day product operations processes, delivery coordination, backlog management activities, operational reviews, and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams.
- Support Cloud Migration Communications – Prepare weekly program updates, maintain project communications, track milestones, risks, dependencies, and ensure stakeholders receive accurate and timely information.
- Manage Risks, Dependencies & Delivery Tracking – Monitor project plans, key deliverables, action items, ownership, roadmaps, and cross functional dependencies while facilitating follow up and escalation where required.
- Jira Administration & Work Management – Configure and maintain Jira dashboards, boards, workflows, reporting views, filters, automation, and roadmaps to support effective delivery management.
- Develop Operational Reporting & Insights – Create and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and executive ready reporting materials that provide visibility into program health and delivery progress.
- Support Agile Delivery Practices – Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, and delivery teams to maintain effective Agile processes, release readiness, backlog management, and operational governance activities.
- Drive Stakeholder Engagement – Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, helping stakeholders understand priorities, risks, delivery status, and required decisions.
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve coordination processes, reporting quality, stakeholder visibility, and operational effectiveness across the portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, Project Coordination, Program Coordination, or related technology delivery roles.
- Proven experience supporting Agile software delivery teams and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong Jira administration experience including dashboards, workflows, board configuration, automation, dependency tracking, and reporting.
- Hands on Power BI experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing operational reporting and dashboards.
- Experience supporting technology transformation initiatives, cloud migration programs, or large scale enterprise projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, release planning, backlog management, and delivery coordination practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- Experience tracking project plans, milestones, risks, actions, dependencies, and executive reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial Services, Investment Management, or Capital Markets experience.
- Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI ACP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications.
- Experience supporting cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, or technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Azure, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
