ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced CRM Data Migration PL SQL Developer to support enterprise scale CRM and data migration initiatives within the healthcare domain. This role focuses on ETL design and development, CRM data analysis, PL SQL based transformation logic, and large scale data migration efforts, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce Health Cloud.
DESCRIPTION
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes supporting CRM data migration and enterprise integration initiatives
• Perform full development lifecycle tasks, including
• Analyze and understand CRM data models, source systems, and target platforms to define effective data migration and integration strategies
• Design and develop CRM centric data migration solutions from scratch or enhance existing ETL frameworks
• Build, schedule, and orchestrate ETL pipelines supporting Salesforce Health Cloud and other CRM related platforms
• Develop data transformations using SOQL and PL SQL to implement complex business logic and data quality rules
• Design, code, test, and debug ETL solutions according to established standards and participate in peer code reviews
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure data accuracy, data integrity, and scalability
• Support deployment and promotion of ETL processes across development, test, and production environments
• Document data mappings, ETL workflows, integration processes, and migration solutions
• Proactively provide status updates including completed work, remaining effort estimates, and risks impacting timelines
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, CRM administrators, database administrators, and external partners to resolve data and integration challenges
• Participate in the evaluation and adoption of new data integration, ETL, CRM, and analytics technologies
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Five to seven plus years of experience as an ETL or Data Migration Developer with strong focus on CRM platforms
• Proven experience with CRM data models, including Salesforce Health Cloud
• Strong proficiency in SOQL for CRM data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Strong PL SQL development experience for data processing, validation, and transformation logic
• Solid understanding of enterprise data migration strategies, data mapping, and data quality validation
• Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable ETL and CRM data solutions
• Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills across integrated systems
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and cross functional teams
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
