DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Consultant for a 6 month contract to support functional services across CIHI’s Unit 4 ERP platform. This role will focus on Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement and requires strong knowledge of Unit 4 also known as Agresso. You will collaborate closely with business teams to gather requirements, configure the system, design functional solutions, and support ongoing operational activities. This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment with potential for extension.

What you will do:
• Functional Consulting and Configuration: Provide functional consulting services including module configuration, process updates, and system support across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement within Unit 4.
• Requirements and Analysis: Work with business partners to gather requirements, document processes, and translate needs into functional specifications aligned with organizational objectives.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Recommend improvements, design solutions, validate configuration changes, and support functional enhancements within the Unit 4 ERP environment.
• Testing and UAT Support: Create test scenarios, support system testing and user acceptance testing, validate outcomes, and ensure changes are delivered successfully.
• Functional Support and Troubleshooting: Respond to system inquiries, troubleshoot functional issues, resolve defects, and guide users through ERP processes.
• Reporting and Data Activities: Assist with reporting needs, data validation, and functional support for Unit 4 reporting tools and outputs.
• Documentation and Change Management: Maintain functional documentation, record system changes, and support communication and training efforts as needed.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of ERP updates and solutions.

Requirements:
•Experience:
o Previous experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or Business Analyst supporting HR, Payroll, Finance, or Procurement
o Strong experience with Unit 4 or Agresso platforms
o Experience supporting ERP upgrades, enhancements, workflows, and configuration
o Healthcare industry experience would be an asset

• Technical Proficiency:
o Hands on experience with Unit 4 configuration, workflows, approval processes, business rules, and functional modules
o Familiarity with data models, reporting structures, and process integration
o Experience with system testing, UAT support, and functional validation activities

• Tools and Platforms:
o Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar platforms for tracking and documentation
o Comfort using Microsoft Office Suite for requirements, analysis, and reporting
o Experience with Unit 4 reporting tools is a plus

• Methodologies and Practices:
o Strong understanding of ERP functional processes and best practices
o Experience working in collaborative and Agile environments
o Ability to contribute to functional design, testing, and system improvement activities
• Soft Skills:
o Strong facilitation and requirement gathering skills
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging stakeholders
o Strong problem solving abilities and ability to manage priorities independently
