Overview: We are seeking a GoAnywhere MFT Developer to develop, support, and optimize secure file transfer (SFTP) processes and integrations. This role supports operational excellence through monitoring, scheduling, and troubleshooting of managed file transfer jobs, while partnering with business and technical stakeholders to meet service levels and quality criteria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and support GoAnywhere SFTP solutions.
  • Support job processing and scheduling; monitor job health and identify/resolve stalled or failed (“dead”) jobs.
  • Partner with business solution leads to define and validate QA success criteria.
  • Maintain integration/middleware documentation.
  • Meet operational expectations by maintaining SLAs and KPIs.
  • Participate in after-hours coverage as needed to provide 7×24 support (weekends/nights).
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting GoAnywhere SFTP tools.
  • Experience with GoAnywhere job processing and scheduling, including production support and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with business and technical stakeholders to support QA success criteria and delivery outcomes.
  • Ability to maintain operational standards (SLAs, KPIs) and documentation.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts as required for 7×24 support.

Preferred Qualifications / Assets

  • Experience migrating SolarWinds to GoAnywhere.
  • Experience in the health domain.
  • HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) experience.
