Description:

Seeking a Junior Analyst to join our IT VMO Office team. This role manages the company’s Application Development & Maintenance departments with third-party vendors, including governance, portfolio management, invoice management, demand management, and resource management processes, in support of the IT Vendor Management Office. This role interacts with senior development leaders to manage resource demand and capacity in alignment with the company’s initiatives, projects, and enhancements.

Will play a key role in monthly Operations Planning and work closely with the internal Portfolio & Project Management, Finance, and Product teams in developing the collaborative forecast. Responsible for developing the final demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for the established time horizon, by segment and by key portfolios.

Partner with the company’s Service Managers, VRMs, and third parties to develop Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) processes and governance; drive governance and issue resolution for ADM, along with associated resource management complexities.

Responsible for producing periodic metrics and reports assigned by the company’s leadership (Examples: Weekly, monthly: KPI, Invoice, and forecast reporting).

Responsible for collaborating with the company’s development leaders and third-party leadership to capture application development demand and forecast.

Accountable for cultivating and developing strong relationships with the company’s Technology Executive leaders.

Understand the company’s application development portfolio and business and drive supplier-focused solutions to meet their ever-changing requirements. This may include navigating a highly complex technology landscape, which may require changes in priorities and strategy.

Assist with Enterprise-related projects, as needed.

Requirements:

4+ years of IT analysis experience in third-party management, global procurement, and/or IT operations

Computer Science degree or related field, or equivalent experience

Proficiency with MS Excel (expert), Word, and PowerPoint

Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills across all levels of leadership.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to design processes that operate efficiently in high-volume transaction scenarios.

Superior collaboration and communication skills – ability to develop productive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, lead without formal authority, and guide teams to appropriate outcomes.

Oversee risks and issues effectively and escalate them promptly to the Portfolio or Project Manager.

Experience working with VMO resources onshore and offshore.

Demonstrated change leadership skills (i.e., effectively managing communication, negotiating successful outcomes, identifying risks, engaging the correct stakeholders, etc.).

Proven work history that includes management of multiple project implementations.

Ability to excel and prioritize workload in an environment of high ambiguity and quick pace.
