Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite in Montreal, Quebec)
Contract: 3 months; 8 hours per day; 40 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekend work as required (possibility of extension)

Overview: We are seeking an expert, hands-on SolarWinds to GoAnywhere MFT Migration Consultant for a high-priority infrastructure initiative. The consultant will be responsible for planning and executing the migration, standardizing secure file transfer processes, and supporting the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of SFTP integrations. This role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, operational stability, and adherence to service and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Migrate approximately 260 users from SolarWinds Serv-U to GoAnywhere MFT.
- Define and implement standardized guidelines for SFTP account setup and management.
- Develop templates and best practices to support mass user imports using CSV and XML.
- Design an efficient migration approach that accelerates onboarding while minimizing operational risk.
- Identify and apply additional tools, methods, or recommendations to streamline and de-risk the migration.
- Develop, enhance, and support GoAnywhere SFTP solutions.
- Partner effectively with business and technical stakeholders to meet QA success criteria and delivery objectives.
- Maintain operational standards, including SLAs, KPIs, and supporting documentation.
- Provide flexibility for weekend and evening support as required in a 24/7 operational environment.
