As the primary Salesforce Developer, you’ll design, build, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions that support intelligent automation, unified data, and AI-powered workflows. You will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders, leading development initiatives that streamline operations, improve data quality, and unlock actionable insights.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the lead Salesforce Developer across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud (Data 360)
- Design and develop Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and platform automations
- Build and optimize Agentforce agentic AI workflows to automate complex business processes
- Implement data ingestion, data modeling, harmonization, and activation to create AI-ready datasets
- Integrate Salesforce with CLM platforms (e.g., Conga) and other enterprise systems
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions
- Proactively improve system performance, scalability, and data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issues
- Manage and prioritize development work using Jira in an Agile environment
- Support adoption through thoughtful change management and technical leadership
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar technical role
- Strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Experience supporting technology initiatives in or alongside pharmaceutical or drug manufacturing organizations
- Solid understanding of healthcare operations and complex buying environments
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (preferred)
Critical Skills & Expertise
- Advanced Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, integrations, automation)
- Hands-on experience with Data Cloud (Data 360), including data modeling and activation
- Proven experience building Agentforce agentic AI workflows
- Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and AI-ready data preparation
- Experience integrating Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools such as Conga
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-value outcomes
- Natural curiosity and creativity in connecting data, AI, and automation
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
